Real Estate and Mortgage Finance ROCKS!

Residential Mortgage Financing is changing everyday. Home prices have dropped and rates are at record lows. If ever there was a time to BUY, BUY, BUY it seems to be now. I have had to partner up with community banks to help facilitate my investors rapid acquisition of residential properties. National lenders just don't have the forward thinking to see what these investors are doing. 100% mortgage financing is still available in Minnesota if you know how to structure the mortgages before they go to the lender. It is amazing how many borrowers are coming to me after 1,2 and sometimes more loan officers have told borrowers who can easily qualify for 100% mortgage financing that it no longer exists.

My point to this rant is for agents that work, LO's that stay up-to-date and borrowers/buyers this is the best real estate and finance market I have seen in my nine years in this business.
